High School support in China 中国境内高中合作支持
Whether on campus, online, or at your school, we help coordinate and deliver tailored information sessions. These sessions give your school community a clear, honest picture of what studying at ANU and in Australia really means.
Academic support to school teachers
Leveraging the strength of ANU academic, CLO facilitates the demands from high school with ANU faculty, including subject trainings, relevant workshops,etc.
Subject and discipline awareness to schoolers
A series of events were developed and fulfilled by partnering with ANU Colleges and leading local schools.
Science themed competition –
CLO initiated in 2022 during the COVID, Planet Hack was rolled out to 10 high schools last year, fostering innovation and hundreds of student participation within China and other countries. By inviting the acadmic from ANU College of Science, the hackathon enouraged the young talents to ‘tackle’ the real world problems, from Response to Flood Events to Global food security, from Biophilic Design for Sustainable Cities to Clean and affordable energy.
Science themed exhibition – ANU Astronomy Exhibition
From 2023 to the present, Shanghai High School and a few other leading schools in Beijing and Shanghai hosted the biggest ANU astronomy exhibition, supported by Consulate-General of Australia in Shanghai, Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In Beijing, the exhibition was open by the Australian Ambassdor to China Mr. Scott Dewar in May 2024.

ALL ANU colleges talked to hundreds of high schoolers to introduce the subjects, the study mode and popular topics, etc.

Higher Education Institution Support in China 中国境内高等院校合作支持
China is one of the Australian 精东传媒app University’s largest overseas research collaborators (by publication volume) and has fostered key strategic research collaborations.
As the ANU offshore office based in Mainland China, CLO facilitates the day-to-day support to our local Chinese universities and helps to develop the new potential collaboration. Internally, CLO works closely with relevant department, including but not limited to ANU International Office, Future Student and Colleges to coordinate the project.
ANU’s current partner universities in Mainland China includes Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, C9 and so on. The dozens of current agreements include research, student and staff exchange, joint program/institute and student recruitment.
