Exams are coming, deadlines are piling up, and stress levels are rising, which means it’s time for Recharge.
Recharge is a pre-exam wellbeing festival designed to help students pause, reset and feel supported in the lead-up to the exam period. Across five days, students can enjoy a mix of free activities, wellbeing sessions, study support, food, fun and opportunities to connect with others during one of the busiest times of semester.
Whether you need a quiet place to focus, a break from the books, a moment to de-stress, or just some free food and good company, Recharge has something for everyone.

This year’s Recharge program includes:
- Goodie bag giveaways and coffee vouchers
- Quiet study sessions
- Puppy Playdate
- Yoga and Sound Bath sessions
- Craft and mindful art activities
- Trivia and board games
- Scavenger hunt
- Soup Making with Kitchen Garden
- Pizza Party with Associate Deans
- And plenty more surprises throughout the week
Recharge x ANU Sport
ANU Sport is also hosting a series of free drop-in activities to help you move, reset and recharge.
Monday 25 May | 12–2pm | ANU Sport Halls
Drop in for casual basketball, badminton and pickleball. No experience needed, just come and play.
Thursday 28 May | 12:15–1pm | Blue Room
A guided meditation session to help you pause, reset and recharge.
Friday 29 May | 12:15–1:15pm | Dojo
Stretch, breathe and reset with a relaxing lunchtime yoga session.
Challenge yourself and refresh with ANU Sport’s guided Ice Bath experience.
