Why a graduate may not appear
A person may not appear in the Graduate Search if:

• they have not yet graduated
• they graduated prior to January 1995
• they have chosen not to be included

What to do if a record is not found
Request official academic documents from the candidate.

These may include an Academic Transcript, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) or Testamur, and can be provided as:

• an original physical document issued by ANU
• a secure digital document issued by ANU and shared via My eQuals 

My eQuals documents are official ANU academic documents.
Documents shared through My eQuals are considered equivalent to documents sent directly by the University and can be verified as authentic. ANU does not provide academic records by email, fax or individual verification.

Original physical copies of Academic Transcripts and AHEGS may be purchased by the candidate and posted directly to your organisation.
