All Australian Student Visa holders are required to maintain valid Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire duration of their studies in Australia. OSHC is a private health insurance arrangement that helps cover the cost of medical treatment if you become ill or have an accident while in Australia.

Your OSHC policy must cover the full , with the duration calculated based on the total months of your visa rather than the length of any scholarship you may hold.
