World Field Epidemiology Day 2026

Master of Philosophy in Applied Epidemiology (MAE), the Australian Field Epidemiology Training Program, invites you to celebrate  (WFED) with us on 7 September 2026.

WFED is dedicated to raising awareness of field epidemiologists' invaluable role in safeguarding global public health. It鈥檚 a day to celebrate the expertise, dedication, and impact field epidemiologists have in protecting the health of communities worldwide.

This year, our event will focus on the theme 鈥Protecting Communities from Behind the Scenes: The Power of Field Epidemiology鈥

We鈥檙e excited to feature a lineup of distinguished speakers who will share their insights on domestic and international field epidemiology work.

We would be delighted to have you join us for this celebration. Morning tea and lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
