Immersia 2025: Zen Meditation - Meaning and Practice

Presented by ANU College of Asia & the Pacific

Join experienced Zen practitioners from the Canberra Soto Zen Group for an introduction to the art of Meditation in the Japanese Soto tradition.

Participants will be guided through the main forms of Zen practice (seated, walking and bowing meditation) and will enjoy a tea service, followed by a Q&A session.

Surround yourself in the beauty of the Tatami Room and journey into the elegance and simplicity of this timeless tradition.

We will hold multiple sessions on each day, based on the capacity of the Tatami Room. Please sign up for only one session when you register, so as to give others an opportunity to experience it.
