Working Groups
Some of the 19 core project areas require collaboration across multiple areas of the University due to their operational complexity, shared responsibilities and student/staff impacts.
Working groups have been established for all major sub鈥憄rojects, covering areas such as:
- Training
- Case Management
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring
- External Reporting
- Communications
Each group brings together staff with relevant operational, technical and subject matter expertise to deliver coordinated, evidence-based outcomes, and student representatives, where appropriate.
Some core project areas impacts are limited to the work of specific teams, and these are being delivered through existing leadership structures, with oversight from the Steering Group through regular updates.
