I have worked in four different Colleges and two different areas within the central student administrative division in an ANU career that started back in 1998.
As a member of professional staff with extensive experience and knowledge of the University I would bring that perspective and insight to the ANU Council.
I am known by my colleagues for taking a data-based evidence approach to decision making. I believe it is important to ask questions, consult widely and consider different perspectives before making significant decisions.
I believe it is important to listen to staff concerns and raise awareness of issues that affect everyone on campus. If elected to the ANU Council as your representative of the professional staff, I will bring that approach to the table to be your voice. I have worked at the ANU for a very long time and it is a big part of my life.
I want the University to succeed and to be the best working environment that it possibly can be. If given the opportunity to serve I will to the best of my endeavours pursue those goals.
