Student Hub

The Student Hub will open from 10am on Friday 15 August 2025.  

At launch, the Student Hub will include all the services currently offered by Student Central, the ANU Service Desk, and the Allianz OSHC representative. 

Over the coming months, more student-facing services will transition into the space, creating a central, accessible destination for student enquiries and support.

Our services 

At launch, the Student Hub will bring together:

  • Student Central: your first stop for general student enquiries and administrative support.

  • for overseas student health cover (OSHC) assistance.

  • : for IT assistance including passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), accessing Wi-Fi on campus and more. 

Over the coming months, more student-facing services will join the Hub, making the Student Hub your central destination for student enquiries, advice, and support.
